Mikaela Mayer to fight Edina Kiss in TV debut on ESPN

The bout will be part of the telecast that will include two world title fights: lightweight titleholder Raymundo Beltran's first defense against former junior lightweight world titlist Jose Pedraza in the main event and junior featherweight titlist Isaac Dogboe's first defense against Hidenori Otake.

"Fighting live on ESPN is a dream come true and something I have been looking forward to since I made the decision to leave the amateur ranks and turn pro with Top Rank," Mayer said.

Kiss (14-7, 8 KOs), 28, of Hungary, who has lost two decisions in a row, fought for a women's junior featherweight world title in July 2017 but suffered a third-round knockout loss to Amanda Serrano.

Also on the card in eight- or 10-round bouts: lightweight Antonio Lozada Jr. (40-2, 34 KOs), 28, of Mexico -- who scored a major upset in March when he knocked out Felix Verdejo in the 10th round in New York -- will face Arturo Santos Reyes (19-10, 5 KOs), 32, of Mexico; up-and-coming junior welterweight Arnold Barboza Jr. (18-0, 6 KOs), 26, of Los Angeles, is scheduled to fight Luis Solis (24-8-4, 20 KOs), 26, of Mexico.

Two Phoenix natives will also appear in eight-round bouts: junior featherweight Carlos Castro, 24, (20-0, 9 KOs) and light heavyweight Trevor McCumby, 25, (23-0, 18 KOs).
